RETURNS
We will accept returns on most items. Please read the following on returns.
If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 10 days of receipt so we can arrange a return. We want you to be happy with your purchase!
* Custom ordered items are not returnable.
* Plans are not returnable.
* There is a 10% restocking fee.
* You are responsible for any shipping costs to return the item.
* All merchandise must be returned in it's original and resalable condition.
* Refunds will be issued after receipt of the merchandise and after if is determined if it is in resalable condition by Kudzu Craft.

SHIPPING TIMES
Most of our boat kits are built after you place your order. During busy times this it may be up to 3 weeks for your kit to work it's way through the shop and be shipped. I turn your kit around as quickly as I can and will try to ship much quicker than that. But keep in mind it is a first come first served basis. Feel free to email me to to check on shop times before your order. I will contact you by email to notify you once your kit is ready to ship or of any delays.
SHIPPING
We ship by USP Priority Mail and we use flat rate boxes when ever possible.
CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL! If you provided a legitimate email address you should get a shipping notification from the Postal Service with tracking numbers.
