If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 10 days of receipt for conformation of the return. We want you to be happy with your purchase!
* There is a 10% restocking fee.
* You are responsible return shipping costs.
* All merchandise must be returned in it's original and resalable condition.
* Refunds will be issued after receipt of the merchandise and after if is determined if it is in resalable condition by Kudzu Craft.
* Custom ordered items are not returnable.

SHIPPING TIMES
Most of our boat kits are built after you place your order. During busy times this it may be up to 3 weeks for your kit can work it's way through the shop and be shipped. I turn your kit around as quickly as I can and will try to ship much quicker than that. But keep in mind it is a first come first served basis. Feel free to email me to to check on shop times before your order. I will contact you by email to notify you once your kit is ready to ship or of any delays.
