I have had requests for a proper expedition canoe for a while now. When I set out to design this boat I looked at a lot of canoe designs and took inspiration from several of them. Mayfly has a shallow arch hull with a moderate amount of rocker. There is a little tumble home in the sides. We expect this to be a great expedition canoe.
At 5″ waterline it will displace 500 lbs, at 5.5″ it will displace approximate 575 lbs. Max load is 600 lbs.
